The types of problems we help solve not only position the client for growth, but are often complex problems which affect the entire market. For instance, in digital media, we have recently worked with two clients who have complementary technologies that are needed to break metadata bottlenecks and accelerate production workflows.

To properly solve complex problems, Transitions often works simultaneously with clients in five distinct segments of each market we serve: end users, product manufacturers, service providers, value-added resellers/integrators, and financial stakeholders.

As an "invitation only" consulting firm, we keep the number of clients to a minimum, to guarantees close interaction between Transitions and emerging market leaders.

For instance, we will often team with a group of clients around an end-user project: we help identify the project’s business needs, assess the technical requirements, identifying products or services that fit the business needs and then - if the clients want further assistance - provide introductions to VARs with systems integration skills and/or project implementation services.

Conversely, a product manufacturer may engage us to assist with feature set, gap or price point analysis, and we can provide introductions to a set of end-users who are integral to the product marketing management team’s analytic process.
